1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rentaly services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Agreement

When you rent items from Rentaly:

• You must provide valid ID and address proof for KYC verification
• Minimum rental period is 3 months unless specified otherwise
• You pay the first month's rent plus the refundable security deposit upfront — subsequent months are billed as you go
• You are responsible for any physical damages to the items during the rental period

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is refunded within 2 days of item pickup, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

4. Delivery and Pickup

We offer free delivery and installation within serviceable areas. Pickup is also free with reasonable advance notice — no extra charges for urgent or same-day requests either.

5. Damage and Liability

Minor scratches and normal wear are acceptable. Major damages or breakage will be charged based on repair or replacement value.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the rental with reasonable notice. Early termination before the minimum tenure may incur charges as detailed at the time of cancellation.
